Terms of Service

By accessing the BureauFX APIs and data services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you ("the Client") and Streak Technologies LTD/LLC.

1. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees, BureauFX grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the market data feeds strictly for internal business purposes or as specified in a custom Master Service Agreement (MSA).

2. Usage Restrictions

Clients may not:

• Redistribute raw data to third parties without explicit authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer API endpoints.
• Exceed rate limits defined in their specific service tier.

3. Data Accuracy

While BureauFX aggregates data from high-tier sources, all data is provided "as is". BureauFX does not guarantee 100% accuracy and is not liable for financial decisions made based on this data.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius for Streak Technologies LTD and the laws of Wyoming, USA for Streak Technologies LLC.
